Angelica Rasiewicz

Angelica Rasiewicz is a Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting. She joined the company in 2021.

Angelica has participated in various studies for DG COMP, DG ENER, DG ENV, DG GROW and DG JUST, in the role of Legal Task Manager, Project Coordinator, and Network Coordinator. She is currently working on several DG ENER and DG ENV studies, including “Assistance with the verification of compliance of national legislative measures implementing Directive (EU) 2018/2002 on energy efficiency and Directive (EU) 2018/844 on the energy performance of buildings and “Update/Revision of the Notice on access to justice and the Guidance on interpretation of definitions of project categories of Annex I and II of the EIA Directive”.

Angelica obtained her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees in European Law from Maastricht University in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

Prior to joining Spark, Angelica worked as a Junior Consultant at Prospex Institute – a not-for-profit organisation based in Brussels. She has also worked as a Policy Officer for the Confederation of European Paper Industries and completed two legal internships, one of them at the Warsaw office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig.

Angelica’s mother tongue is Polish, she speaks English and has a good understanding of French and speaks basic Dutch.
