Ieva Malickaitė is a trainee at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the company in 2023.
Ieva earned her bachelor's degree in Social Policy from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom in 2021. She is currently pursuing an LLM in Legal Studies at the University of Bologna, Italy. She is set to graduate in 2024, specializing in human rights and focusing her thesis on criminal procedure law within the European Union.
Before joining Spark, Ieva held the position of junior researcher at Visionary Analytics. During her tenure there, she collaborated on research initiatives with both European Union institutions and the Lithuanian national government.
Ieva’s mother tongue is Lithuanian, she speaks English and German fluently, and has a basic understanding of French, Spanish and Italian.
