Ailbhe Larkin is a Junior Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Solutions, having joined the team in September 2025.
Ailbhe is responsible for the coordination of several projects in the Private Sector, including the production of the SME Guide to EU Compliance, as well as Spark Solutions’ marketing and PR strategy. She is currently working on a collaborative report investigating the legal compliance requirements for non-EU companies wishing to enter the EU space sector.
Ailbhe also contributes to all ongoing client work for Spark Solutions. She has recently worked on drafting an equipment rental agreement for one client, and is involved in the management of a major compliance assessment across business operations for one client.
Ailbhe graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minor in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. She proceeded to obtain a Master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin, Warsaw, in 2025. Her Master’s thesis investigated whether recent CJEU jurisprudence reflected the EU’s renewed focus on geopolitics.
Before joining Spark, Ailbhe worked as a Media Communications Representative in a healthcare marketing agency in Dublin, and as a Legal Intern in the asset management department of an international global law firm.
Ailbhe is a native English speaker, and has a good command of French, Spanish, and Irish.
