Guillem Part López is a Junior Legal Consultant who joined the Spark Legal and Policy Consulting team in 2025. He is part of the Energy, Mobility and Environment area.
Guillem obtained a double bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Valencia in 2024. Afterwards, he completed an LLM in EU Law at Utrecht University, specialising in Law and Sustainability. During his studies, Guillem had an exchange year at the University of Ghent.
Before joining Spark, Guillem worked at the Polibienestar Institute, carrying out research tasks on several EU policy areas. He mainly focused on sustainability and gender equality research projects. He also worked for the Valencian Environmental Inspection Service.
Since July 2026, Guillem has taken on the role of New Technology Support, supporting the development and implementation of digital tools and AI applications at Spark. He works on identifying, testing, and deploying innovative technology solutions that strengthen legal and policy research processes while improving collaboration and operational efficiency across projects.
Guillem is a native Catalan and Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and has a good command of French.
