We are proud to announce that we have been awarded a new contract by the European Commission (DG JUST) to ‘Support the impact assessment for the revision of the Eurojust Regulation’.
This project will contribute to the functioning of Eurojust in order to better address the rapidly evolving forms of serious and organised crime.
The objective of the Study is to provide evidence and analysis for developing an impact assessment accompanying possible actions (e.g., a revision of the Eurojust Regulation) aimed at addressing the Agency’s limitations identified in its recent evaluation.
Spark, as part of a consortium together with CSES and Asterisk, will contribute to this Study by reviewing and refining the policy measures and options for whose impacts will be assessed.
We look forward to working with the European Commission, our partners, and key experts in the field to deliver results that support constructive change in the fight against organised and cross-border crime.
