We are delighted to announce that Verian Group and Spark have been awarded a new assignment to analyse new forms of work and social security coordination in a cross‑border context for the European Labour Authority (ELA).
Cross‑border remote and hybrid work have expanded rapidly and can generate complex affiliation, documentation, and enforcement questions for workers, employers, and institutions. By mapping patterns and pinpointing common friction points, the Study will support more consistent and transparent coordination across Member States, safeguarding rights, reducing administrative burden, and supporting fair mobility in the single market.
Our approach combines literature review, secondary data analysis, targeted surveys, in‑depth interviews, focus groups, and case studies, culminating in a set of policy pointers and good practices.
We look forward to engaging workers, social partners, competent institutions, and experts across the EU and EFTA to produce actionable evidence for ELA.
