Anna Rossa

Anna Rossa is a Junior Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the company in 2024. She works in the area of Employment, Education and Health.

Anna has participated in studies for DG SANTE, HaDEA, DG GROW, DG HOME, DG ENER, DG COMP, in which she assisted with legal and policy analysis, desk research, and with the management of networks of national legal experts. She is currently supporting the management of a study for HaDEA, ‘Exploratory study on the provision of care for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancer patients in the Union’, and a project of DG SANTE 'Study supporting the review of data storage contracts notified to the Commission under Article 15(8) of the Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU'. She is also contributing to a study for DG HOME 'Feasibility study on reducing the security risks posed by the criminal misuse of pyrotechnics'.

Anna earned her Bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Studies at the University of Bologna in 2020. She then obtained her Master’s degree in Law and Sustainable Development from the University of Milan in 2023, with a thesis focusing on the right to housing.

During her studies, she worked as a Tax Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Anna is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English, and possesses a good working knowledge of French and German.
