Dafne Morcillo is a Trainee Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined in 2025.
Dafne graduated from Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid with a dual bachelor’s degree in Law and International Relations in 2021, followed by a qualifying master’s degree in Law for professional legal practice in Spain in 2023.
Before joining Spark, Dafne worked as a lawyer specialized in civil law in Spain and served as a legal advisor intern at ICEX Spain Trade and Investment. Most recently, Dafne was a Partnerships and Research Fellow at the UNDP in Brussels, where she supported the Regional Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, she identified partnership opportunities and coordinated regional proposals for development projects with European institutions and donors.
Dafne speaks Spanish as her mother tongue, is fluent in English and Portuguese, and has a good command of Italian.
