Camilla Migliosi is a Junior Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the team in 2025. Camilla is part of the Energy, Mobility and Environment area.
Camilla is currently contributing to two Studies for DG ENER, namely, the ‘Support study on the evaluation of the Radioactive Waste Directive and the Shipment Directive’ and the ‘Legal assistance to check Member States’ transposition of the amending Directive (EU) 2023/2413 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources - RED III’ along with one a request for service under the framework contract for DG ENV ‘Legal Support to the Commission Services processing requests for internal review under the Aarhus Regulation’.
She has also been involved in other initiatives, including the DG MOVE ‘Support study for a Fitness Check on the functioning of airports’ and the DG ENER Study on ‘Socio-Economic assistance for policy development in energy security – support for the impact assessment on the revision of the energy security framework’.
She graduated in law from the LUISS University in 2024, with a thesis focusing on environmental migration. She obtained an L.L.M. in International and European Law Advanced from the Radboud University in 2023. During her studies, Camilla had an exchange semester in France and worked for the Italian Consulate in Munich.
Before joining Spark, Camilla worked in the Energy team of a renowned Italian legal firm and was a trainee in the Library Department of the Court of Justice of the European Union, where she gained knowledge on legal research in EU human rights, environmental law and competition law.
Camilla is a native Italian speaker, and she is fluent in English and French.
