Célia Drevon is a Principal Consultant and Head of Recruitment and Training at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, where she has been working since 2019. Célia is also the lead of Spark’s Employment, Education and Health policy area.
Célia managed or supervised multiple projects, such as a project providing analytical and technical support to cross-border inspections for the European Labour Authority (ELA), a Study supporting the monitoring of the transposition of the European Accessibility Act for the European Commission (DG EMPL), or the SIDE-CIC project on the interoperability of social ID cards in the construction sector (FIEC/EFBWW). Currently, Célia is working on a Complementary study supporting the review of the Workplace and the Display Screen Directives for the European Commission (DG EMPL) and on an Exploratory study on the provision of care for Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) cancer patients in the Union for the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA).
Prior to receiving a Master’s degree in European and International Law from the University of Lyon III, Célia completed a double Bachelor’s degree in International Law and Policy and Languages at the University of Grenoble Alpes.
Before joining Spark, Célia completed an internship with the legal department of the European Maritime Safety Agency. She also worked for the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law UNIDROIT where she conducted comparative research in European criminal and procedural law.
Her mother tongue is French and she speaks English and Italian.
