Davide is a Trainee Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the company in 2024.
He earned his Master’s degree in Law from Luiss University in Rome, Italy, in 2020. Additionally, he completed an LL.M in Competition and Innovation Law at the same university in 2022, focusing his thesis on the role of State aid in the ecological transition.
Prior to joining Spark, Davide was a trainee at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, where he handled State aid cases. Subsequently, he worked as a trainee lawyer in competition, consumer, and innovation law at a law firm in Rome, also undertaking policy-related tasks.
Davide's mother tongue is Italian, and he speaks English fluently, with a basic understanding of Spanish.
