Dominik Palkovič is a Trainee Legal Consultant in the Communication Networks and Technology area. He joined Spark Legal and Policy Consulting in 2026.
Dominik obtained his LLB in International and European Law, followed by a double-specialisation LLM in European Law in a Global Context and Technology Law and Innovation, graduating cum laude from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2026. During his bachelor’s studies, Dominik spent a semester abroad at Aarhus University in Denmark.
Prior to joining Spark, Dominik worked as a Technical Writer at a global software company and later as an information officer focusing on expanding the exchange network of the University of Groningen’s Faculty of Law. He also completed a research internship on the national implementation of the Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive at the same faculty.
Dominik is a native Slovak speaker, fluent in English, with a good command of Dutch and a basic understanding of German and Spanish.
