Guillem Part López

Guillem Part López is a Trainee Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the team in 2025.

Guillem obtained a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Valencia in 2024. Afterwards, he completed an LLM in EU Law at Utrecht University, specialising in Law and Sustainability. During his studies, Guillem had an exchange year at the University of Ghent.

Before joining Spark, Guillem worked at the Polibienestar Institute, carrying out research tasks on several EU policy areas. He mainly focused on sustainability and gender equality research projects. He also worked for the Valencian Environmental Inspection Service.

Guillem is a native Catalan and Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and has a good command of French.
