Laura Le Férec

Laura joined Spark Legal and Policy Consulting as an HR Officer in July 2025.

Prior to this role, she worked at an international media organization, where she led Learning & Development initiatives. Her responsibilities included, among other things, managing performance review processes, designing and delivering training programs, and overseeing employee onboarding and engagement. Earlier in her career, she also worked as a teacher and a sales executive.

Laura holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law and Languages from the University of Toulouse II in France.

She is a native French and Spanish speaker, and speaks English fluently.
