Luca is a Trainee Legal Consultant in the Justice and Home Affairs Department at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting since September 2026. Before joining Spark, he completed his LLM in International Law at Leiden University, writing his thesis on the destruction of tangible and intangible cultural property in International Criminal Law. Previously, Luca completed his LLB in Global Law at Tilburg University, during which he spent half a year on exchange at the University of Cape Town.
Luca is a native English speaker and is also fluent in German.
