Lucie Dias Fernandes

Lucie Dias Fernandes is a Junior Legal Consultant at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting. She joined the company in September 2024. She is part of the Energy, Mobility and Environment area.

Since joining Spark, Lucie has participated in various studies for DG ENV and DG ENER. She is currently working on various requests for services under the framework contract for DG ENV ‘Legal Support to the Commission Services processing requests for internal review under the Aarhus Regulation’. She is also assisting the management of two studies for DG ENER ‘Legal assistance to check Member States’ transposition of the amending Directive (EU) 2023/2413 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 October 2023 (REDIII)’ and ‘Assistance with the verification of compliance of national legislative measures implementing Directive (EU) 2019/944 on common rules for the internal market for electricity and amending Directive 2012/27/EU (Recast)’.

Lucie holds a Master's degree in European Business law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon.

Her mother tongue is French, and she speaks English fluently. She has a good understanding of German.
