Maria Anghel is a trainee at Spark Legal and Policy Consulting, having joined the company in 2023.
Maria obtained her Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Groningen in 2023, with her final thesis focusing on personal data processing and the Digital Markets Act.
Before joining Spark, Maria worked as a research assistant, focusing on topics ranging from the right to housing to pharmaceutical markets. In addition, she has worked as a teaching assistant for various Faculty of Law courses.
Her mother tongue is Romanian, and she speaks English fluently.
