Réka Gyaraki joined Spark Legal and Policy Consulting in 2025 as a Trainee Legal Consultant in the area of Employment, Education and Health.
She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Global Management of Social Issues at Tilburg University in 2023, followed by a Master’s in International and European Governance at Leiden University in 2025. In her master’s thesis, she researched the impact of welfare state regimes on social and employment policy coordination within the European Union under the European Semester.
Before joining Spark, Réka worked as a trainee at the Council of the European Union in DG GIP, focusing on horizontal policy files such as regulatory simplification. Previously, she also supported HR projects in the private sector and taught statistics at university.
Réka speaks Hungarian and English fluently and has a good command of Dutch and German. Currently, she is working on her French skills.
