Réka Gyaraki is a Junior Legal Consultant in the area of Employment, Education and Health, having joined Spark Legal and Policy Consulting in 2025.
Réka is currenlty working on a variety of projects for DG EMPL in the European Commission, including the Study on the compliance assessment of the national measures transposing the Adequate Minimum Wages Directive (EU) 2022/20241, the Study supporting the identification of professions for the extension of automatic recognition through common training frameworks under Directive 2005/36/EC, and the Study supporting the impact assessment of the Skills Portability Initiative. Additionally, she is contributing to the in-depth legal mapping of subcontracting rules in the construction sector for the recognised EU social partners FIEC and EFBWW.
Before joining Spark, Réka worked as a trainee at the Council of the European Union in DG GIP, focusing on horizontal policy files such as regulatory simplification. Previously, she also supported HR projects in the private sector and taught research methodology and statistics at university.
Réka speaks Hungarian and English fluently and has a good command of Dutch and German. Currently, she is working on her French skills.
