New Study on the Establishment of Energy Efficiency Experts Platform in Poland

Spark, as part of a consortium led by ICF, has begun a new study on the Establishment of an Energy Efficiency Experts Platform in Poland, commissioned by the European Commission’s Structural Reform Support Service (DG REFORM).

This study aims to support the Polish Authorities in developing an energy efficiency experts (EEE) platform to increase the number of experts and applications to enable disbursement of Priority Programme Clean Air (PCCA) funds and renovate four million homes over a ten-year period.
