New Study on the Regulation on Electronic Identification and Trust Services

Spark is participating in an evaluation study of Regulation 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS Regulation).

The objective of the study is to evaluate the eIDAS Regulation, to assess its performance compared with the objectives and to establish whether it remains fit for purpose to deliver the intended results. The study will provide a critical  assessment of the legal framework and its adoption at EU and Member State level and provide conclusions and recommendations for possible corrective actions where necessary.
