New Study on European Enforcement Order for Uncontested Claims

In collaboration with our partner Deloitte, Spark has started a new study for the European Commission (DG JUST) for the ‘Evaluation of Regulation (EC) 805/2004 creating a European enforcement order for uncontested claims’.

The purpose of the Regulation is to simplify cross border recognition and enforcement of certain judgments, court settlements and authentic instruments in civil and commercial matters in the EU. The purpose of this assignment is to carry out an assessment of the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 in the Member States, in order to evaluate the actual performance of the Regulation compared to initial expectations.
